As the singer-songwriter Frank Zappa said: “A mind is like a parachute, it doesn’t work if it isn’t open.”

How open-minded are you? If someone suggests something that is out of your normal “thought zone,” how do you respond? Are you usually curious or do you get uncomfortable? Your thoughts are the conduit to success or failure. You can be in receiving mode and welcome inspiration, or shut out the answers and clues to your next steps. To fly high, open your mind. Be excited about new possibilities. Look at things through beginner eyes even if you are considered an “expert.” Seek knowledge and understanding, versus simply consuming information. Don’t be too set in your ways. Always be ready to learn and grow. Instead of doing things the way you always have, seek a fresh perspective and see where you land.

Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
