If this sounds like you, then let us help. This profile describes Dr. Terri Kennedy a decade ago when she was Vice President at a major media company. She needed a coach back then to help her understand that there is indeed strength in balance! Now, she has crafted a system to help other busy people get back on track.
If you recognize yourself in any of the profiles above and are ready to make YOU a priority, then we can help! Download a Lifestyle Questionnaire and fax it back to 212-901-6913 or email it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Then, we can schedule your Initial Consultation to discuss your goals and determine an initial action plan. The session can be done in-person or via telephone and we recommend that it be 50 minutes. Then, you can choose to do 30-minute or 50-minute follow-up sessions. The 30-minute sessions are by phone only, and the 50-minute sessions can be by phone or in-person. For maximum effectiveness, we recommend one follow-up session per week. Some clients continue for 6 months to a year. Others receive coaching for a particular project. Some clients have been with us for a few years and keep taking things to the next level. It's all up to you! We offer flexible payment options. You can pay Per Session, or save by purchasing a 6-Session Series (save $90) or a 12-Session Series (save $300). If you want to save even more, then put together a Group Coaching Program with some of your friends/colleagues.
