| Start your own PWR® Foods Program - either one-on-one or with a group of colleagues - led by Harvard-trained lifestyle expert and holistic health counselor Dr. Terri Kennedy. Experience the support and low cost of group coaching, while receiving answers to your personal questions. You don't have to go it alone. We will talk about what may be holding you back and what can propel you to the next level. We will cover topics such as food combining, strategic eating, healthy weight management, the food-mood connection, food and dis-ease, shopping strategies, menu planning, as well as discuss lifestyle factors such as exercise, breathing techniques, mental attitude and stress management. By the end, you will be equipped to take control of your own health. Although you can lose up to 30 pounds safely over three months following these principles, this is not a miracle weight loss program. The PWR® Foods Program teaches you how to create healthy habits for life. It is a great follow-up to the Seven-Day PWR® Detox program.

How It Works:
Start anytime either one-on-one or with a group. We'll set the schedule together and then outline the agenda. Receive a discount on the 6-session 30-minute one-on-one telephone coaching (only $99.99 per session), or lower the price even more by structuring your own group of up to 12 people. For example, with 6 people the price breakdown is $62.50 per person/per sesssion; with 12 people the price breakdown is $31.25 per person/per session! All group sessions are 90 minutes in-person or via telephone. Cooking classes is also an option for an additional fee.
