As John Wayne said, “Courage is being scared to death… and saddling up anyway.”

How courageous are you? I remember when I first learned how to ride a horse. I went to a horse camp when I was a teenager and I was enamored with these beautiful animals. We learned how to groom them, get on and eventually ride. My excitement quickly turned to panic when my horse started galloping. I was scared to death – sure I would be thrown off and roll down the hill. My teacher kept saying, “Hold on.” When I finally stopped and dismounted, I had a mix of exhilaration and trepidation – but I ended up trying again. Saddle up and face fear head on. Contemplating a new task or path may be nerve-racking at first. Your mind may talk you out of it before you even begin. You may consider all of the things that could go wrong. Be bold – you’re stronger than you think. Once you get going, you will pick up momentum and confidence, enjoy new experiences and glide toward your destiny.

Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
