Yoga at the Pentagon with Tao Porchon-Lynch

THE BUZZ: On Friday, June 8th, 2012, I had the delight of joining 93-year-old yoga master Tao Porchon-Lynch as she taught yoga at the Pentagon. As I’ve done many times before, I moderated a discussion on her colorful life. Go to our Huffington Post blog to view a slideshow and read more on the day.

Much thanks to the entire team at the Pentagon Athletic Center for hosting us! They presented Tao with a necklace with special mala beads – each one of the 108 beads was contributed by one of the participants and/or supporters of the event. They also gave Tao a picture of the Pentagon signed by each of the participants. I am also grateful to Shizuko for assisting Tao and Lori for orchestrating a wonderful gathering at her home.

Below is a sampling of photos. Be sure to check out the slideshow for more.
