Honor your Body, the third principle of Power Living®, is about maximizing your physical energy for peak performance and optimum health. It prompts you to ask the questions:

  • Do I live to eat or eat to live?
  • Do I run out of steam at points during the day?
  • Do I have the physical energy to fulfill my destiny?
  • How you take care of your body affects your ability to succeed in life. In the Power Living® Practice, we share various ways to align your physical energy, from guiding you toward deep breathing and meditation, to teaching you about integrative nutrition, healthy weight loss and holistic healing.
