On Saturday, May 16, 2015, I was delighted to have a birthday lunch with two of my favorite women – my mom Janie Sykes-Kennedy and teacher/mentor 96-year-old Yoga Master Tao Porchon-Lynch at the Taj Palace in White Plains, New York. Together, we are co-authors on Tao’s new memoir, Dancing Light: The Spiritual Side of Being Through the Eyes of a Modern Yoga Master.
