As the English poet and playwright Robert Browning said, “My sun sets to rise again.”
Who are you this day? Every day as the sun rises you are reborn. As your cells regenerate, your spirit is renewed. It is the gift of a new day. You can choose new thoughts, new aspirations, new relationships and new experiences. It is the opportunity to let go of yesterday’s missteps and disappointments and heal old wounds. It is the promise of first light and the hope of great favor. So, rise again. Be grateful for each inhalation and find joy in this moment. Open up to the possibilities ahead. Let the sun set on strongholds that have prevented you from being your best. Run toward your passions. Breathe new life into faded dreams. Welcome bigger visions of what’s to come. Know that you have the power within you to do anything that is placed in your heart. Be the YOU that welcomes beauty and gives love. Be free to be who you see… and you will rise again and again to new levels – higher, higher and higher.
