As Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. said, “A man can’t ride you unless your back is bent.”
How do you carry yourself? Unless you have iron-clad confidence, there may be a time when you don’t feel you’re good enough. You may fall into the trap of comparing yourself to others. This can happen to all of us even those who are highly successful. When your vision of yourself is clouded, it’s easy to let others take advantage of you. These blows, no matter how subtle, often show up in your posture. Your shoulders may begin to round with doubt and stress. So, no matter what is going on in your life, stand straight. Let your physiology affect your psychology. The simple act of lengthening your spine can be a reminder of how strong and special you are.
Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!
