As St. Francis of Assisi said, “A single sunbeam is enough to drive away many shadows.”

How do you tune your mind to the positive? Our brains have a negative bias. We tend to look for what will go wrong first. However, we also have the wonderful ability to create habits. If you repeat a behavior consistently for at least 21 consecutive days, it imprints on your subconscious and becomes “second nature.” So, every day look for light. Even if your mental atmosphere is cloudy with the stresses of life, know that the sun is there. If you search for the sunbeam, the power of the mind will wipe away the darkness and show you new perspectives that will brighten your world.

Until next time, remember – it’s your divine life, live it to the fullest. The power is in your hands!

With Purpose & Power,

Terri
