THE BUZZ: On November 24th, 2011, I was back in Jamaica this time serving as a keynote for the Jamaica Customer Service Association Conference in Kingston. Customer service is a national priority in Jamaica’s Vision 2030 Plan. Their goal is for Jamaica to be the choice place to live, work, raise a family and do business. Since the talk was on Thanksgiving, my family joined me for a holiday in Montego Bay. Here are a few pictures:
