Check out the list of activities on page 70 of the book. Choose an exercise for your personality. Make sure to vary your workouts and plan your pre and post exercise meals.
People often ask me what I eat after a workout. Generally, the most efficient thing for me to consume whether I’ve just had a Vinyasa Yoga session or a short run, is a homemade Rice Protein Shake. Here’s my recipe:
8 oz. 100% Coconut Water
1 heaping Tablespoon of Rice Protein
Dash of cinnamon (optional)
Dash of vanilla extract (optional)
Blend it up and enjoy! It is a perfect blend of protein and carbs. You can substitute for Whey Protein if you like. Try it and tell me what you think.
