Day 9: Practice Moderation

Isn’t that true! How much of you eating is emotional? You know… you go to the refrigerator even when you’re not actually hungry. You might simply be bored or lonely.

Try something today… slow down as you eat. Practice mindfulness and really chew your food. Making the process of eating a meditation focusing on each bite. I’ve had clients lose weight just from doing this one thing! Let me know how it works out. Also, be sure to review the portion sizes on page 67 of the book.
